7 oz. sea or bay scallops 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. butter Dash of salt and pepper 1 oz. Swiss, Monterey Jack, or Cheddar cheese, shredded Preheat broiler. In pan, combine scallops, lemon juice, and butter. Spread scallops in layer and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil 2 or 3 minutes. Sprinkle shredded 1 ounce cheese.
