2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 c. soy sauce 3 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. fresh garlic, minced 1 tbsp. fresh ginger, minced 2 tbsp. sherry 24 lg. shrimp, peeled & deveined In a small bowl, mix all ingredients, except the shrimp.
