SEAFOOD SCAMPI
 

1 lb. shrimp, raw
1 lb. scallops
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c. dry vermouth or dry white wine
1/2 stick butter
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Take a 2 quart casserole and put the butter and garlic in it. Heat in oven until melted. Remove. Add vermouth, scallops and shrimp; mix well. top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 20 minutes. Do not overcook seafood! Great with buttered spaghetti. Yield: 4-5 people.
