SEAFOOD SHELLY
 

2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans of shrimp soup
1 tbsp. of soy sauce
1 1/2 c. of milk (homogenized can milk better)
1 lb. of shrimp (Sealegs or other seafood optional)
1 tsp. pepper
1 box of linguini pasta
Parmesan cheese (optional)

Combine in a large pot soup contents, soy sauce, milk and pepper. Simmer on medium heat, stirring frequently for 10 minutes. If using shelled shrimp, deshell then add shrimp. Cook on high for 5 minutes then reduce heat to simmer for 10 minutes. Cover and allow to sit. Cook linguini according to package directions. When complete top linguini with seafood sauce and cover with Parmesan cheese. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

PSST::To thicken sauce, you may add flour or cornstarch to reach desired consistency.
