2 lobsters 1 1/2 lb. shrimp, scampi, scallops 2 tbsp. flour with a little water 1 oz. (2 tbsp.) butter 1 can mushrooms or fresh 1 tsp. mustard 3/4 pt. milk 1 tbsp. vinegar Salt and pepper 4 oz. grated cheese Melt 3/4 of grated cheese and butter in frying pan over a low heat. When that dissolves, put in mixed flour and milk and stir until smooth. Add salt, pepper and vinegar only after it has boiled for a few minutes. Place seafood and mushrooms into shells or molds, then pour sauce over it. Place the rest of the cheese on top and bake for 1/2 hour. Use canned milk for making sauce, dilute with water the seafood has been boiled in. |
