SEAFOOD NEWBURG
 

1 lb. imitation King Crab salad meat or 1 can lobster
1 can shrimp
1 can crabmeat
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sherry

Mix soup, evaporated milk, mushrooms, salt and paprika on top of double boiler and heat. Gently add seafood and heat until piping hot. Add sherry and serve over rice or in patty shell. Serves 6-8.
