1 lg. chopped onion 3 cloves garlic 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 chopped bell pepper 1 lg. can tomatoes 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce Salt & pepper 1 lb. peeled shrimp 1 lb. scallops 2 tsp. Cajun creole seasoning Cook vegetables until tender. Add seasonings and seafood. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve over rice. Cooked flaked fish and/or crab meat may be added or substituted for shrimp or scallops. |
