BATTER FOR SHRIMP AND ONION RINGS
 

1 c. flour
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. corn meal
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. ice water (must be ice cold)
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. black pepper
3 tbsp. cooking oil
1 egg

Leave beef in marinade (REFRIGERATED) overnight.

2 c. oil
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 bay leaves
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
