3/4 c. uncooked long grain rice 2 tbsp. butter 2/3 c. canned mushrooms 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken and rice soup 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp 1/4 c. dry white wine 1 tbsp. minced dry onion Brown rice in butter in skillet. Add mushrooms and 1/4 cup water. Pour into casserole dish and mix the rest of the ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes in a covered dish. Fluff with fork and bake uncovered 5 more minutes. |
