1 lb. frozen haddock, cut in lg. pieces (frozen cod or pollock can be used) 2 c. water 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. seafood seasoning (Old Bay is good) In a 4 quart pot add salt, seafood seasoning to water and vinegar; bring mixture to a boil. Add frozen fish. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Drain and serve with melted butter. |
