BOB'S SEAFOOD CHOWDER

3/4 to 1 lb. fish fillets (cod, flounder, whiting, etc.)
1/4 to 1/2 lb. sea legs (imitation crab meat)
1 or 2 med. chopped onions
1 tsp. thyme
1 cellophane stack of Ritz crackers
3 or 4 pats of butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Milk to fill baking dish

(Or instead of the sea legs, you can substitute scallops or shrimp or a can of mushrooms or clams. You can mix any combination of seafood you like.)

In a deep glass baking dish, place fillets, then onions, add sea legs or your choice. Sprinkle with thyme and salt and pepper to taste. Crumble the Ritz crackers over the mixture, it will be thick.

Dot with butter and add milk to just cover everything, leaving about 1/4 to 1/2 inch from the top. (If no room is left at the top, it may bake over.) Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
