HAWAIIAN SHRIMP
 

2 lbs. shrimp
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. butter
6 slices pineapple, sauteed
1/3 c. toasted slivered almonds

Marinate shrimp in soy sauce and pineapple juice, saute in butter. Serve on sauteed pineapple with almonds. Serves 6.

This recipe can be thrown on a casserole dish of brown or plain rice. It can serve as a side dish in a buffet.
