HAWAIIAN SESAME SHRIMP
 

6 tbsp. salad oil
3 tbsp. sesame oil
3 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 1/2 c. chopped green onion
3 tsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted

1. In large skillet, heat oils over high heat.

2. Add shrimp, green onions, sugar, salt, and pepper.

3. Cook, stirring shrimp 2-3 minutes, or until shrimp turns pink.

4. Reduce heat to low; add soy sauce and stir.

5. Sprinkle with sesame seed.

6. Serve hot, over rice, for main dish or with toothpicks as appetizer.
