1 lb. frozen cod 2 tbsp. salt 2 tbsp. vinegar Cold water Cooked & seasoned rice (opt.) Cover 1 pound frozen cod with salt and cold water. Bring to boil. Simmer 10 minutes. Drain. Again, cover with cold water. Add vinegar, bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes; drain. Serve with melted butter over cooked seasoned rice. |
