2 lbs. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. pineapple juice 1/2 c. butter 6 slices pineapple, sauteed 1/3 c. toasted slivered almonds
Marinate shrimp in soy sauce and pineapple juice. Saute in butter. Serve on sauteed pineapple; sprinkle with almonds. Serves 6.
