1/2 c. olive oil 4 cloves garlic, chopped 1 lb. lg. shrimp, unpeeled 1/2 c. lemon juice 1/2 c. wine 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. pepper In a large frying pan saute garlic in olive oil. Add shrimp and cook until the shrimp are pink, stirring continuously. When shrimp are cooked, add lemon, wine, salt, and pepper, and stir. Serve with fresh Greek bread and salad. |
