SHRIMP STIR FRY
 

1 lb. lg. shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp. fresh grated ginger or 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. oil

Combine and marinate at least 4 hours.

Use any fresh vegetables you like. Suggestions: Carrots, onion, snow peas, broccoli, green/red pepper, cucumber, squash. Cut vegetables in strips.

Heat oil in wok. Stir fry vegetables - remove from wok. Stir fry chicken. Add vegetables. Serve over steamed or boiled rice.
