1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. Crisco liquid oil 2 tbsp. parsley 2 tbsp. Lawry's garlic salt 1 tsp. salt 2 dashes cayenne red pepper 4 tbsp. lemon juice 2 lbs. fresh shrimp, cleaned and peeled Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter, then add all other ingredients except shrimp. Mix well; then add shrimp and toss to coat; arrange single layer in baking dish. Bake in oven 8-10 minutes or until shrimp are no longer transparent. Serve over rice and with mixed vegetables. |
