BLACK IRON POT SHRIMP STEW
 

1 c. flour
1 c. salad oil (or 1/2 c. each salad & olive oil)
3 lg. yellow onions, chopped
1 bunch green onions & tops (reserve some for garnish)
2 green peppers, chopped
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
Dash bottled red pepper sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (10 1/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes with green chilies
Salt
Pepper
Dash oregano
Dash thyme
2 (8 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
4 ribs celery, chopped
1/2 lb. smoked sausage, parboiled & sliced
6 bay leaves
3/4 c. sauterne
5 lbs. raw shrimp, shelled & deveined
1/2 c. fresh parsley, minced
