2 lb. large raw shrimp 1/2 c. butter 1 tsp. salt 6 cloves garlic, crushed 1/4 c. chopped parsley 2 tsp. grated lemon peel 2 tbsp. lemon juice Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove shells from shrimp. Leave tail on. Devein, wash, and drain on paper towel. Melt butter in 13 x 9 pan in oven. Add salt, garlic, and 1 teaspoon parsley. Bake uncovered 5 minutes. Turn shrimp, sprinkle with lemon peel and juice. Add parsley. Bake 8-10 minutes. Delicious. |
