2 cans Cross & Blackwell Newburg Sauce 1 lb. frozen shrimp 1/2 pkg. frozen crabmeat (8 oz.) Sm. 7 oz. diced pimento Sm. 7 oz. sliced mushrooms 1/2 stick butter 1/2 c. minute rice 1 hard boiled egg Parsley flakes Heat Newburg Sauce to the point of boiling. Place thawed shrimp and crabmeat in sauce. Heat until shrimp curls, stirring occasionally. Add sauteed peppers and mushrooms... pimento right out of jar and butter.
