SHRIMP AND MUSHROOM LINGUINE
 

2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. butter
4 tbsp. flour
Dash pepper
3 c. milk
3 c. shrimp
4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. linguine

Saute mushrooms in butter, add flour. Gradually stir in milk. Add pepper, cheese and shrimp, simmer until thick. Serve over linguine. Serves 4.
