1/2 c. celery, cut up 1 med. onion 2 tbsp. mustard 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 c. catsup 1/2 c. water 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. vinegar Brown celery and onion in 2 tablespoons shortening. Add to celery and onion. Add 2 cans roast beef or as much left over roast beef, pork or chicken. Simmer slowly until thick. Serve on buns. |
