A change form the usual tuna sandwiches. I'm particularly fond of this on rye bread. 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pink salmon 1/3 c. finely chopped green onions 1/3 c. finely chopped celery 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 c. mayonnaise Salt and pepper Mash the salmon up very fine. Add the other ingredients. Chill. |
