GRILLED REUBENS
 

12 slices rye bread
1/2 c. Thousand Island salad dressing
6 slices Swiss cheese
3/4 c. well drained sauerkraut
Thinly sliced cooked, or canned corned beef
Butter, softened

Spread half of bread with Thousand Island. Top each with 1 slice Swiss, 2 tablespoons sauerkraut, a few slices corned beef and a second bread slice. Spread tops and bottoms with butter. Grill both sides until hot. Makes 6 sandwiches.
