20 Nilla wafers 1/4 c. creamy peanut butter 1 sm. banana, cut into 10 1/2 inch slices 1 c. vanilla ice cream Spread bottom of each of 10 wafers with teaspoonful peanut butter. Top each with banana slice and 1 tablespoonful ice cream. Top with remaining wafers, pressing lightly to form a sandwich. Freeze 1 hour or until firm. |
