3 lg. pita bread rounds 1/4 c. butter, melted 1/4 c. snipped parsley or 1 tbsp. dried parsley 1 tsp. oregano 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. onion powder 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese or Romano cheese Separate pita bread into halves. In a small mixing bowl, stir together everything except cheese. Brush a scant teaspoon of mixture on rough side of pita bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Cut into six wedges. Arrange in a single layer on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. |
