1 (15 oz.) can garbanzos 1 1/2 c. frozen peas 2 oz. chopped pimentos 1 med. chopped onion 1/4 c. unbleached flour 3 c. water 1/2 c. cashew pieces 3 tbsp. chicken-like seasoning 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Saute onion and mushrooms in 4 tablespoons water. Blend flour, seasonings, cashews and water together and add remaining ingredients. Cook until sauce thickens, stirring carefully to prevent scorching.
