4 c. shredded cabbage 1/3 c. shredded carrot 1/4 c. green pepper 1/2 c. salad dressing 3 tbsp. sour cream 1 tbsp. + 2 tsp. cider vinegar 1 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. celery seed (optional) 1/8 tsp. pepper In large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot and green pepper. In small bowl blend the remaining ingredients. Add to cabbage mixture, tossing gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. |
