TOP RAMEN SALAD
 

1 pkg. cole slaw mix
4 green onions, chopped
1 c. fresh bean sprouts
4 oz. slivered almonds
4 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 pkgs. Top Ramen noodles (not cooked)
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 tbsp. rice vinegar

Brown almonds and sesame seeds in butter. Mix together cole slaw mix, bean sprouts, onions, sesame seeds and almonds. Crumble Top Ramen noodles on top. Mix together sugar, oil, pepper, rice vinegar and flavoring from Top Ramen noodles. Toss dressing just before serving and add to above.
