1 c. bean sprouts drained 1/2 small onion diced 1/2 small green pepper (or red pepper) diced 1 c. celery diced 1 or 2 grated raw carrots 1 (6 oz.) tuna water packed drained and flaked 1 or 2 hard cooked eggs Hellmanns light salad dressing or mayo as to likeness Toss all ingredients into a bowl except hard cooked eggs. Mix well. Serve with chopped lettuce bed, garnish with hard cooked egg wedges, tomato wedges and several green or black olives. Add a baked potato or hot cooked fresh or frozen vegetable for a nice meal. |
