1 pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 c. V-8 juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/3 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cottage cheese

Pour hot V-8 juice over gelatin and seasonings. Cool and add remaining ingredients. Chill and serve on lettuce leaf. Use 8 x 8 or smaller Pyrex dish.
