1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna (I use low sodium chuck light in water) 1 med. apple 3 stalks celery 1 tsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. fat free salad dressing Shredded lettuce Chuck apple and celery; mix other ingredients except lettuce. Chill 2 hours. Serve on bed of lettuce. Also can add raisins or chuck pineapple with other ingredients for variety. |
