TACO SALAD
 

1 pkg. Azteca salad shells
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
2 sm. tomatoes, chopped
1 can black olives, sliced
1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded cheese (Sargento pizza double cheese)
8 oz. salsa
8 oz. sour cream

Cook shells as directed (8 minutes). Brown beef and add taco seasoning and water, simmer 10 minutes. Build salad - In each shell put lettuce, beef, tomatoes, olives, cheese, salsa, sour cream. It is a great quick dinner.
