1 lb. hamburger, fry and drain 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 can chili beans 1 med. head lettuce 2 med. tomatoes, chopped 1 can ripe olives, chopped 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese Taco chips DRESSING: 1 c. Dorothy Lynch dressing 1/4 c. picante sauce (mild or medium) Fry hamburger; drain and add taco seasoning. Chop lettuce into large bowl. Layer with chili beans; sprinkle on hamburger mixture, then onion. Layer with chopped tomatoes and chopped olives. Sprinkle on Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese; cover and refrigerate. Before serving, mix Dorothy Lynch dressing and picante sauce; pour over salad and serve with taco chips. |
