ROSA MARINA SALAD
 

1/2 lb. rosa marina noodles
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
2-3 tbsp. flour
1/2 - 3/4 c. sugar
1 med. Cool Whip
Maraschino cherries (for color)

Cook rosa marina until firm. Drain well and rinse. Drain juice from fruit. Add flour and sugar - boil for 1 minute. Cool. Place cooled sauce and noodles together. Add fruit. Set overnight in refrigerator. Add cherries and Cool Whip. Mix well. Serves 10-15.
