MACARONI, HAM AND CHEESE SALAD
 

1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and chilled
1 (1 lb., 4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 1/2 c. diced cooked ham (or chicken or seafood)
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives
1 c. diced sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish, drained
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
4 sliced green onions with tops
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Salt and pepper to taste
Lettuce or other greens

Combine and chill for at least 1 hour before arranging on lettuce leaves. Serves 6-8.
