1 med. cucumber
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 drops Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. chopped chives
1 tsp. dill seed
Dash of pepper
Cut cucumber in very thin slices and sprinkle with salt. Let stand at least 30 minutes. Drain.
Combine sour cream, vinegar, Tabasco sauce, chopped chives, dill seed and pepper. Stir slightly then pour over cucumbers. Chill about 30 minutes.
