1 pkg. small lime Jello 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 (16 oz.) can pears with juice 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped Dissolve Jello in 1 cup heated pear juice (if needed add water to make 1 cup). Blend cream cheese and pears. Add Jello mixture and stir well. Add 1-2 drops of green food coloring into mixture. Fold in the whipped cream. Chill until firm and serve over lettuce leaves. Decorate or garnish according to season. |
