MAMMY'S CAULIFLOWER SLAW
 

1 lg. cauliflower head
1 c. chopped celery leaves
6 green onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. bottled Italian dressing (shake well)
1 avocado, cubed

Slice cauliflower in thin slices and mix with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Serves 8.
