1 lg. box elbow macaroni 3 lg. carrots, grated 2 lg. green peppers, sliced and chopped 2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish 1 lg. onion, chop up 1 lg. bunch of celery, chop up 2 1/2 c. salad dressing Salt and pepper to taste Mix all of the above (grate carrots), chop up green peppers, chop up large onion, cook the macaroni until tender.
