MACARONI SALAD
 

1 lb. macaroni with salt, cooked & cooled
1 c. diced green pepper
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 shredded carrots

DRESSING:

1 can Eagle Brand milk
3/4 c. vinegar
2 c. mayonnaise

Mix dressing, pour on salad. Much better if made the day before serving.
