BING CHERRY COKE SALAD
 

1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. can dark pitted bing cherries
2 (3 oz.) boxes cherry Jello
20 oz. Coke
1 c. pecan pieces

Drain juice from pineapple and cherries. Set fruit aside. Heat fruit juices until boiling. Remove from heat. Add Jello to juice. Stir until dissolved. Slowly add Coke to juice mixture. Pour into serving bowl and refrigerate until slightly set. When Jello is ready, add pineapple, cherries and pecans. Chill until firm.
