CUCUMBERS AND ONION SALAD
 

3 1/4 whole cucumbers
3 1/4 whole onions
1 1/4 tsp. vinegar
1 1/4 tsp. sugar
Pinch salt and pepper

Cut the cucumbers and onions equally and very thin. Stir in the plain sour cream into the onions and cucumbers until it is enough to cover the cucumbers and onions. Mix the 2 to 3 tablespoons vinegar and 2 to 3 tablespoons sugar with the onions/cucumbers/sour cream. The sour cream will become liquid, don't mind it. Cover and put it in the refrigerator for the next 24 hours. During the 24 hours, stir the mixture once in a while. It is very good. Makes 10 servings.
