LOW-CAL COLE SLAW
 

1 sm. head green cabbage, shredded
1 bell pepper, seeded & diced
1 lg. carrot, shredded
1/2 c. lemon yogurt
3 tbsp. light mayo
1 tsp. vinegar
Salt to taste

Prepare vegetables. Combine remaining ingredients; add to vegetables. Toss lightly. Makes 4 servings. 95 calories each.
