1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni 1 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/3 c. minced onion 6 radishes, thinly sliced 2 tbsp. minced parsley 1/2 c. minced dill pickles 3/4 c. grated cheese, sharp 1 c. salad dressing 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tsp. mustard 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 3 eggs, hard boiled Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water until tender; drain, rinse. Combine with next 6 ingredients. Blend salad dressing and remaining ingredients. Combine with macaroni mixture. Chill. 6 servings. |
