Bibb Lettuce Swiss cheese, shredded Tear enough lettuce for 2 salads; place into 2 chilled bowls. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Cover with slightly damp paper towels and refrigerate until serving time. DRESSING: 1 clove garlic, crushed 2 tbsp. salad oil 1 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. anchovy paste 1 tbsp. wine vinegar Mix all ingredients for dressing and shake well.
