1 med. head cabbage
1 lg. onion
2 lg. carrots
2 stalks celery
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 1/2 to 2 c. mayonnaise
Shred vegetables in a food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
OR: If possible, shred vegetables the night before the coleslaw is to be served for it to become full flavored. Refrigerate. Mix dressing in just before serving. Enjoy.
