1 lb. box rotini noodles, cooked according to box directions 1 1/2 c. white vinegar (I use less) 1 1/4-1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1-2 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. Accent (or MSG or Mrs. Dash) 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. celery seed 1/2 c. salad oil 2 c. cucumbers, skinned & diced 1 green pepper, cubed Mix together and refrigerate overnight.
