LOW-CAL CONGEALED BUTTERMILK SALAD
 

1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 (6 oz.) or 2 sm. non-sweet orange Jello
2 c. buttermilk
1 (8 oz.) lite Cool Whip

In saucepan, bring pineapple to boil and stir in Jello. Let cool. Add buttermilk. Stir well. Refrigerate until set. Fold in Cool Whip and pour into an 8x8 inch dish. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
